Greenbuild carried out a full external insulation and render project on a detached property in NW11. The scope included the installation of high-performance external wall insulation to improve the property’s energy efficiency and reduce heat loss.

Once insulation was installed, the exterior was finished with a modern silicone-based render, offering both a clean, attractive appearance and long-lasting weather protection. The works significantly enhanced the home’s thermal performance and curb appeal, while also contributing to lower energy bills for the homeowner.

Completed to a high standard and in line with current building regulations, the project was delivered on schedule with minimal disruption to the occupants.
